The current average interest rate is a little above 4 percent but that rate could reach 6 percent by 2019. Begin looking for the home of your dreams now so that you can purchase one and get moved in while the market is in your favor.
- Fewer homes are available as the years go on. Just a few short years ago there were plenty of homes to choose from; however this list is getting a bit smaller yearly.
